RecceLabDelete your RecceLab account
You can delete your RecceLab account and all of its data at any time, from the app or by e-mail. This page applies to the RecceLab website and the RecceLab app on Google Play.
Delete in the app
- Sign in at reccelab.com or open the RecceLab app.
- Open the menu (☰) and choose Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type your e-mail address to confirm and tap Delete permanently.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Delete by e-mail
If you cannot sign in, send an e-mail to info@reccelab.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my RecceLab account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details, your profile and cars, stages, pace notes, folders, GPX and recce tracks, race runs, posts, photos, comments, kudos, follows, friendships, team memberships (teams you created are deleted), notifications and push subscriptions. Stages you shared with other users are removed for them too; copies that friends imported into their own accounts belong to them and are not affected.
An active Premium subscription is cancelled automatically before the account is deleted, so no further payments are taken. Copies of your data kept on your device for offline use are cleared on the device you delete from; on other devices they stay until you clear the browser's site data or uninstall the app there.
What is kept
We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Payment records needed for tax and accounting are kept by the payment provider (Google Play or iyzico) under their own policies. Our hosting providers' short-term server logs expire on their own schedule.
